1st floor: hall, 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed (en suite) and the others with 2 single beds, respectively. There are 2 bathrooms on this level, the suite with a shower and a bathroom with a bath for shared use.
The kitchen is equipped with: fridge freezer, hob, oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, DOLCE GUSTO capsule coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher.

There is a parking space for 1 car inside the property's gate, and there is also plenty of parking on the street.

A casa tem todos os requisitos para umas férias muito agradáveis. A cozinha está bem equipada, a piscina não é muito grande, mas serve perfeitamente sobretudo para crianças. Fica um pouco distante da praia, no entanto fica numa zona muito calma.see more

O aspeto mais negativo foi o facto de dois dos quartos não terem ar condicionado o que, tendo em conta o preço, não se justifica. Também seria conveniente haver nos quartos e nas casas de banho mais mobiliário de apoio e de arrumação.
