- Ground floor: living/dining room, utility room, bathroom with corner shower and fitted kitchen. There is a large patio, which surrounds the villa on the north side, with a lounge area, table and chairs, barbecue and sink, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors, with space to park 2 cars inside the gate.
- 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, both with double beds and built-in wardrobes, with access to a generous east-facing balcony. There is also a large bathroom with a bath, shared with the bedrooms.
- Attic: 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, with access to a service bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with: oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, DOLCE GUSTO capsule coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher.
Equipped with air conditioning throughout and access to WIFI (internet) + MEO TV.
The villa is located about 900 metres from Manta Rota beach, with various amenities within walking distance, including cafés, restaurants, supermarket, ATM, among others.
