Located approximately 10 minutes' walk from Manta Rota beach and 5 minutes from restaurants, cafés and supermarkets.
Consists of two floors and an attic:
- Ground floor comprising lounge with TV, dining area for six, toilet and kitchen equipped with oven, fridge freezer, microwave, NESPRESSO coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher. Patio, facing North, with BBQ, shower, sink, table, chairs and parasol.
- The first floor consists of two bedrooms with double beds, one of which is a suite with hydromassage shower, and a shared bathroom with bath.
- Attic with two bedrooms, each with two single beds, service bathroom and terrace.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning and has great balconies, facing South.
It's a fantastic villa for your holidays.
