This 2-storey property comprises:
- Ground floor: entrance hall, fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower and a large living-dining room leading to the extraordinary exterior. There is a covered area, with an electric awning, for enjoying meals outdoors, with a barbecue, sink, table and chairs. There is a swimming pool area, facing west, with sun loungers for sunbathing. There's room to park up to 2 cars inside the manual gate, facing east (at the entrance to the property).
- 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with double beds and the last with 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one en suite and the other with a bath shared by the other bedrooms. All the bedrooms have small balconies facing east and west.
The kitchen is equipped with: fridge freezer, hob, oven, toaster, microwave, NESPRESSO capsule coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.
Equipped with air conditioning and access to WI-FI (internet) + NOS TV.
