Nice ground floor apartment located on Rua do Oriente, 10 minutes walk from the beach and 4 minutes from the supermarket. The apartment consists of a kitchen equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, combined fridge-freezer, blender, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker and capsule coffee maker. It has two large bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, giving access to the entrance courtyard and the other to the interior courtyard. The large living room, which gives direct access to the inner courtyard, has a table with four chairs and a sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed or two single beds. Outside is a generous patio with barbecue, table, chairs, stroller, sun hat and shower. The apartment is air conditioned in the bedrooms and living room.
